Sometimes it's the little things in life that count the most.....especially when we have been eating nothing but KIMCHI and RICE for the last 2 months!! We put some hard work into finding all the "Mexican" ingredients but, man was it worth it! :0 On a hot, humid summer night, nothing tastes as good as tacos and a cold beer in South Korea! **(Mom, thanks for sending us the taco shells all the way from California)**

oh my god. i totally remember going through the mexican food cravings! the only "foreign" food they had in my little chinese city was the fancy, sit-down pizza hut. a kind soul brought back all the fixins for delicious burritos from shanghai. once i got out of china, i had so much avocado, i think my gut was the closest it's ever been to exploding.
let's go to Mexican Restaurant! kk
